The launch of the Sanctuary Lakes Resort at Point Cook took place on 2nd February 1997 when Australian golfing legend, Greg Norman, planted a tree in St Andrews Park and announced the commencement of construction of his championship golf course.
Since that date, the Sanctuary Lakes Resort Sales team has transacted in excess of 1,700 properties within the Resort for a value exceeding $400,000,000.00
From the very beginning, the Directors of Sanctuary Lakes Resort Sales Pty Ltd resolved to provide specialist real estate services exclusively to residents and visitors to Sanctuary Lakes, and not to take the usual real estate path of trying to be all things to all people. That decision has seen a business, which has set a new standard for customer service and reliability, grow to now employ 12 dedicated team members who know every inch of the Sanctuary Lakes project, its history, its benefits and its future directions. This knowledge, whether it is used for the leasing or selling of property within Sanctuary Lakes Resort, makes our team much better able to enthusiastically and accurately promote and market property at Sanctuary Lakes.
